Let Users Install Software Without Giving Them Administrator Rights
Posted on July 30th, 2008 6 commentsI recently discovered a new way to remotely install software. When users require a program to be installed on their computers, they download the software to their desktops. I then use Sysinternals’ PsExec utility (http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/psexec.html) to remotely start the execution of the program, but I start the program interactively so that the user who is logged on to the target computer can complete the installation.
This approach is advantageous because you don’t need to give Administrator privileges to users who need to install software on their computers. When you run PsExec without a username and password, the remote process runs under the same account from which you execute PsExec (in this case, the Administrator account). Because the remote process is impersonating that account, the user won’t have access to network resources on the remote system. (When you specify a username and password, the remote process executes in the specified account and will have access to any network resources that the account has access to.) Using PsExec is handier than using the built-in RunAs command because you don’t need to be physically sitting at a user’s computer.
To use PsExec to remotely install software, you need to start the installer.exe program with the following command:
Psexec -i \\targetcomputer \\targetcomputer\c$\ documents and settings\ username\desktop\installer.exe
The -i option starts installer.exe interactively for the user currently logged on to the machine specified by targetcomputer.

I have the solution!You See, Google Has a special Place In Forums, When Googlebot visits forums, They allow Access to all data to index the website.
I am going to show you how to act as Googlebot 2.1
{1} Okay First Things First, You have to get Firefox (It is way better than IE, Believe me!)
{2} Download User Agent Switcher{3} Restart Firefox, Open and click Tools -> User Agent Switcher -> Options -> Options
{4} Click User Agents, And Click Add
{5}Put Description as Googlebot and User Agent as this:
Googlebot/2.1+(+http://www.google.com/bot.html)”
{6} Click OK, and then click OK once again
{7} Go back to Tools -> User Agent Switcher, And Click Googlebot
{8} You are done!

OneClick Installer – Plugin for Wordpress, Allows you to upload files, without ftp. I use it on this blog (www.ageniusblog.com)
Autocopy – copies text when typing a hotkey eg AHere Are The Steps:
{1} Okay First Things First, Download & Install WinRAR.
{2] Go To the Plugin Download Page
{3} Where It Says “Add To Firefox” Right Click, Save Link as, Save anywhere

{4} Go to the directory where you saved the file, Double Click, And Click Choose Program (If You already have a program assosiated with this extension, Right click, Open with)
{5} Of Course, you must click WinRAR to open the files with, unless you are retarded
{6} Look for install.rdf, click it, and click “extract to” and give a directory to extract to
{7} Open install.rdf in notepad of wordpad, and look for something like this:
<em:minVersion>1.5</em:minVersion>
<em:maxVersion>2.0.0.*</em:maxVersion>
{8} Change <em:maxVersion>2.0.0.*</em:maxVersion> to <em:maxVersion>3.0.1.*</em:maxVersion>
{9} You Are Nearly Done! Open the firefox addon that you downloaded earlier, and drag install.rtf (modified one) to WinRAR
{10} Close WinRAR, right Click On The Addon, Open with -> Firefox
You Are Done!

How To Search For Specific Files On Google

Google is a pretty powerful search tool. You knew that. You can use it to find information, but you can also use it to find downloadable MP3s, books, videos, and other items. We’re going to assume you’re just looking for legally available downloads, but the truth of the matter is if someone’s posted an MP3 (copyrighted or not) to their web page, Google can find it.
